Ordering & Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery. All online card payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the surrounding UAE emirates. We do not currently ship internationally or outside the UAE. If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery coverage, message us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will confirm immediately.
Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy for plants and accessories. Please read carefully as plants are living products and our terms differ from standard retail.
We accept return and refund requests only for plants that arrive damaged, diseased, or significantly different from what was ordered. All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Your plant will arrive in its nursery pot, carefully packaged to protect it during transit. We inspect every plant before it leaves our facility to ensure it is healthy, pest-free, and in good condition.
