Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the surrounding UAE emirates. We do not ship internationally or to destinations outside the UAE.

If you are unsure whether your address falls within our delivery coverage, contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will confirm immediately.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders placed before 5 PM: delivered the next business day
• Orders placed after 5 PM: processed the following business day and delivered the day after
• Standard delivery across the UAE: 1–4 business days

Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next working business day.

Shipping Fees

• A flat shipping fee of AED 50 applies to all orders
• Shipping is free on all orders of AED 199 or above
• The shipping fee is shown as a separate line item at checkout before payment is completed

How We Pack Your Plants

Every plant and product is carefully packaged before dispatch. We use breathable wrapping for foliage, stable bracing for pots and larger items, and protective packaging suited to the UAE climate to minimise any transit stress. We inspect every plant before it leaves us to make sure it is healthy, undamaged, and pest-free.

Delivery Confirmation

Before your order is dispatched, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your delivery window. Please make sure the contact number you provide at checkout is reachable. If we cannot reach you to confirm, your delivery may be delayed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can:

• Cancel your order for a full refund with no fees
• Add or remove items from your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. At that point you can either receive the order as placed or refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy if there is an issue upon arrival.

To make a change or cancellation, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 7034051 or email hello@greenbeetle.ae as early as possible with your order number.

What if a delivery attempt fails?

If our delivery team is unable to reach you or access your address, they will make a second delivery attempt. If the second attempt also fails and we are still unable to reach you, your order will be returned to our facility.

In this case, a new delivery fee will apply for any subsequent redelivery. To avoid this, please ensure your contact number is correct and reachable at the time of expected delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your plant or any product in your order arrives damaged, please do the following immediately:

1. Photograph the damage clearly before unpacking or repotting anything
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +971 50 7034051 or by email at hello@greenbeetle.ae
3. Include your order number and the photos in your message

What if I never received my order?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will investigate and keep you informed every step of the way.

If we are able to locate your order, we will arrange redelivery as quickly as possible.

If we are unable to locate your order, we will offer you either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. Because we ship live plants and fragile items that require a confirmed delivery window and a reachable contact, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
