These Terms of Service govern your use of greenbeetle.ae and any purchases or service bookings made through our website. By accessing our website or placing an order or booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our site.
greenbeetle.ae is operated by Green Beetle FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under registration number SC251035601.
1. Use of This Website
By visiting or using greenbeetle.ae, you agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not misuse, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or its underlying systems. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without our prior written permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to the website at any time if we believe these terms are being violated.
2. Our Products and Services
Green Beetle offers two types of services through this website:
- Plant Shop: The online purchase of plants, trees, pots, pebbles, gravel, and related accessories, delivered to addresses across the UAE.
- Landscaping and Garden Services: Professional landscaping, garden design, garden maintenance, plant care, irrigation, and outdoor structure services carried out at your property across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
These terms apply to both unless a section specifically states otherwise.
3. Orders and Payment, Plant Shop
When you place an order through our online shop:
- All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable
- Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us
- We accept payment by credit and debit card online, as well as Cash on Delivery
- Free delivery is available on all orders of AED 199 or above. Orders below this value are subject to a standard delivery fee as displayed at checkout
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability. If this happens, you will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full
4. Delivery
We deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and the wider UAE. Delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Orders placed before 5pm: next business day delivery
- Standard delivery: 1–4 business days depending on your location
- Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your delivery window before arrival
We take great care in packaging all plants to minimise transit stress. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and we are unable to reach you, we will hold your order and attempt redelivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds, Plant Shop
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because plants are living products, we have the following policy:
- We accept return or replacement requests only for plants that arrive damaged, diseased, or significantly different from what was ordered
- All such requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence of the issue
- To request a return or replacement, contact us at hello@greenbeetle.ae or via WhatsApp with your order number and photos
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer
- We do not accept returns for plants that have been repotted, treated, or kept beyond the 24-hour reporting window
- Pots, pebbles, gravel, and accessories may be returned within 7 days if unused and in their original condition
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or incompatibility with your space.
6. Bookings and Services, Landscaping and Garden Services
When requesting a landscaping or garden service:
- You must provide accurate contact details, property address, and access information
- Service bookings are confirmed only after our team has verified availability and scope
- Prices are provided following a site visit or consultation and may vary based on service type, property size, and location
- A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, as communicated to you at the time of booking
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a service request at our discretion
7. Cancellations, Landscaping and Garden Services
- You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed service booking by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance via email or WhatsApp
- We do not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made within the required notice period
- No refunds are issued for services that have already been completed, unless there is a documented and valid quality concern that we are given the opportunity to address
8. Property Access
For any services carried out at your property, you are responsible for:
- Providing safe, clear, and timely access to the areas where work is to be carried out
- Securing pets, valuables, and any fragile items before our team arrives
- Informing us of any known hazards, restrictions, or conditions affecting the property
We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by restricted or unsafe access conditions that were not disclosed to us in advance.
9. Liability
Green Beetle takes all reasonable care in delivering our products and services. However, to the extent permitted by UAE law:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects at your property
- We are not liable for delays or damage caused by weather, third-party suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Our total liability to you in connection with any order or service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order or service
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or services
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on greenbeetle.ae, including text, images, logos, designs, and product photography, is the property of Green Beetle FZE and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without our express written permission.
11. Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability information on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by significant pricing or description mistakes. We will notify you promptly if this affects your order.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control or endorse these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.
